Is Muse an EEG?
Yes, Muse is an electroencephalogram (EEG) measuring wearable. It is directly monitoring the electrical activity of your brain while you are asleep. It can accurately track all six stages of sleep, capturing your delta, theta, gamma, alpha and beta brainwaves. It’s accompanying app even allows you to visualise and track your ‘Brainwave Powerbands’.
